My love for photography started as a kid with disposable cameras back in the early 90s. (Yes, I was a kid back in the late 1900s, I say in my elder-millennial geriatric voice.)

From disposables to the high school darkroom to practicing on friends, and to a college program where I graduated in Visual Communications in 2008. Photography has been the constant thread as far back as I can remember.

Outside of photography I am also a multi-passionate entrepreneur, a wife and parent, a crafty mess maker, a lazy kayaker, a sweet tooth, and all around silly goose.

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, eating good food, and traveling. When I combine all three at the same time, I am in heaven. The beach is my happy place, but anywhere near water is a great recharge for me.

In the studio, I usually let you decide the music. If it’s left up to me - we are listening to pop-punk, motown, or 90s rap/hip hop. When I am editing photos I am usually listening to a podcast or audio book, so if you have a must-read suggestion throw it my way!

I am a little obsessed with learning about mental health, human behavior and relationships. Also very intrigued with astrology, spells, spirituality, and just getting into human design.
