The goal of this post is to answer as many questions as we can, so that you have all the info you need before booking a session with us! This post will be updated as needed. FAQ

Who is a boudoir session for?

• I am in the camp that truly believes boudoir is for every body! Anyone who wants to give themselves the gift of a day that is all about shining the light on the magic that is uniquely you.

Do I need to know how to pose?

• No! You do not need to know how to pose. We will direct you throughout your photo session. 

What should I wear?

• Whatever makes you feel most confident. Whether it’s lacy lingerie or a t-shirt, how it fits you will make the biggest impact. If it is too tight, too loose, too bulky, or requires a lot of adjusting every time you move, then it’s probably not the best option. 

• When you book with us, we will send a prep guide and outfit guide to help you with the selection process. 

How do I prep for this type of session?

• Don’t stress, we’ve got this covered too! Once you’ve booked, we send our prep guide to walk you through what to do and what you absolutely should NOT do.

Do you provide hair and makeup?

• We provide 1 complimentary hair and makeup look on site for all full session clients.

• Mini sessions do not receive hair and makeup services, but they can be purchased as an add-on service.

Who will be my photographer?

• Vickie will be your photographer.

Where are you located?

• Our studio is located in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. We are just a short drive east from Nashville, Tennessee.

What is your style?

• Our vibe is “moody, glam, magic”. 

Do you offer couples boudoir?

• Yes. We do offer couples boudoir sessions. 

Can I bring someone with?

• No. We have found that clients do best with posing and confidence when they are not distracted by other guests. Being present in the moment and focusing on what you want out of the experience makes a huge impact on how the photos will turn out.

Can I bring my kid with me to the session?

• No. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted in the studio. Please make other arrangements for any dependents on your session day.

Can I purchase a session for someone as a gift?

• You can purchase a gift card for someone. They will own the gift card and can use it toward their purchase. 

Gift cards?

• Yes, we offer non refundable gift cards.

Will you edit my photos?

• Yes, we edit all purchased photos before delivering them.

How long does editing take?

• It can take up to three weeks. Editing times may vary based on season and volume.  If you need photos/products by a specific date, please let us know before booking your session, so we can determine if it is possible to meet your deadline.

Will my photos be shared?

• We respect your privacy. We will only share images if you have signed a release form stating that we may share your images. If you would like your images to be featured on our site and socials, please let us know! 

Can I get digitals of my photos? 

• Yes, you may purchase a package that includes digital images and/or physical products.

What products can I get?

• Our packages feature printed products such as wall art, albums, or prints. We will review all product options at your photo review. If you have something specific in mind, let us know!

How much does a boudoir session cost?

• Our sessions are $555 plus tax and include so much:

• 3 Looks/Outfits in Our Studio

• 1 Hour Photo Session

• Full Glam Hair + Makeup

• Posing Guidance

• In Person Slideshow Viewing of Your Images

• Plus (2) 5x7 Prints or $100 print credit towards a package

• Additional products and packages can be purchased. We offer a variety of options where you can purchase digital image files as well as printed albums, wall art, and matted prints. Products can be purchased a la carte or in a package.

Do you offer payment plans?

• Yes, we offer pre-payment plans. Please inquire before booking. All payments need to be received before your session date.
